Black Man Black Man Where have you gone to?🎼

     Hello Ploggers, how are you. I used to watch Designing Women faithfully, reruns and all. I remember they started to feature Alice Ghostly. She became very infatuated with Anthony the black delivery man. She had dementia which they called an “arterial flow problem above the neck”. Every now and then she would burst into🎼 singing to Anthony who she loved like an illegitimate son. She would sing “Black man black man, where did you come from, Black man black man where did you go?” it brought big laughs for the show. But I am asking that question in a different way. Lets get into it.

     Black men are a sought after commodity. Women from all around the world want them. Athletic organizations want them. And most definitely we know that Politicians really want them too. Evidently some black men have decided to vote for 45 rather than Kamala Harris. To me this is inexplicably dumb. So dumb that I can’t even understand it. A black man voting for 45 is like a roach🐜 asking for Raid. It I like a🐷 Pig asking for slaughter. It is like a prisoner asking for more time. It is like a man dying of thirst asking for a glass full of sand. It is illogical in every way. It is the ultimate vote against interest. Yet this is a real thing. I know personally of a black male that said that it is a toss-up for him who to vote for. He said that 45 has more experience as he has already had the job once. When I reminded him that 45 is a racist, he shrugged his shoulders, as if that wasn’t a deal breaker. He didn’t argue the fact as true or not. He also said something about Kamala, Charlemagne the God, smoking marijuana and lies. My head almost blew💣 off. Once I heard his argument I was never able to👀 look at him in the same way again. My respect for him plummeted and that is not a good thing.

     Last week Barack Obama spoke about the same issue. He addressed black men😁 directly. The black men who are planning to vote for 45 or not at all. Either is a vote for 45. He talked about the disrespect 45 has shown for the black community. He talked about 45’s not caring if his Veep Mike Pence was killed. Obama said, if he didn’t care about him what made them think that he would care about them. That was a very good question. I hope it resonated with those men. Obama mentioned total Police Immunity and the effect that would have on Black men being shot and never coming to justice. The George Floyd situation should still be fresh in their minds. When you get Mr. Obama to come out of retirement and address you personally due to your misbehavior, you have messed up. Black men are clapping back and asking Mr. Obama to have a seat. But somehow I doubt that they have a lot of voting power. That power is very influenced by their lack of actually casting their hard earned votes. They should take a lesson from black women and vote vote vote. Therein lies the power, So far all we've heard from them is a lot of talk. Goodbye and for God's sake RECLAIM!
