Plog Number Five
Hello everyone, Happy Hump Day. My Plog’s may be a day or two behind but I am just getting the kinks worked out. Nonetheless today is Wednesday and that is exciting because it is over halfway to the weekend.
Yesterday we all saw testimony for the January 6th Congressional Committee. The main witness was a woman named Cassidy Hutchinson. I thought she looked very credible and a little scared before she ever opened her mouth. As I listened to what she said I thought it was great except for one thing. Some of it sounded like her direct observation and other parts of it sounded like hearsay. Hearsay would be a problem in an actual trial. The Hearsay rule has 24 exceptions. That is more than most but it takes some good legal foundation laying for it to be allowed in for its truth or veracity. But hearsay is enough to show probable cause which is kind of what this committee is trying to establish for the Justice Department. The best evidence that can stand up to the Reasonable Doubt test is direct testimony. So, even though the content was great, there could be some legal problems getting it in the record. Of course the defense will object like crazy. This is all if things ever come to any kind of formal charges or a hearing. I fully admit that I am living a little bit of each day waiting to see 45 be held accountable. Wrongdoers should be punished. If Obama had put one toe over the line he would have been nailed.
Another interesting tidbit that I learned from social media is how much of a personal grudge Clancy Thomas has against “Liberals”. Is that not discriminatory? It would explain why he seems to go out of his way to be as hateful as he possibly can. Recently Hillary has been giving interviews about her days in Law School with Mr. Long Dong Silver himself. It seems like she knew him personally and that he was always disgruntled and dystopic and in simple terms “a hater”. It would be so nice to see him be removed from the court and for Biden to get to name his successor. Please God? I am speaking this into existence into the karmic universe. And in true fashion the replacement would be the Polar opposite of Clancy. She would be as Liberal as possible, Pro Choice, LGBT supportive, smart and compassionate to others.
