Don’t believe the Hype
Hello Ploggers, top of the evening to you. Wow, did the weather ever go wild today. We had clouds, rain,☔️ sleet, and wind. The sun was a major no show today. By Sunday it is supposed to be mid 70’s and I am hopeful about that. Having snow in mid-October is ridiculous but who am I to say. I have been doing TikTok videos about the Plog. I have been listening to the news as it always gives me something to plog about. Lately the national news has been negative regarding the predicted outcome of the midterm election. They are handing it to the Republicans, hook line🎣 and sinker. They are going so far to say what they will do when, not if they win. They seem to be taking a lesson from 45 in his failed 2020 election. Just say you won and declare victory no matter what. Hold the freaking ☎️ phone. It is not over yet. There is so much that is wrong here. I know that there is some clear manipulation going on here. Also lots of dark money from people like B*tch McConnell and Home Depot. Good enough for B*tch to have to pay his money, since he has controlled these Supreme Court picks 1000%.
Have you ever really wanted something to happen and you visualize it, you dream about it, you project it outward, you claim victory? Sound familiar? 45 tried to do this with the 2020 election and it didn't work for him. Magical and wishful thinking! You also psyche out the opposition into just sitting back and letting you win. We will not fall for cheap tricks. Tricks are for kids. We are not dissuaded that easily. We will not be underestimated or put in the backseat. Do not believe the Negative Hype. The media can be very influential. Right now the Republicans do NOT want to be talking about Women’s Reproductive Rights or the Dobbs case because it is a bad issue for them. They want it to be a low level issue. They also want us to be fooled by things like 💵 Inflation and their ability to control it. All you have to do is vote for them, or better yet don’t 🐲 vote at all. Don’t worry your pretty little heads. Just stay home and let us do the heavy lifting. That is what I see going on here. They want us to think that our Reproductive Rights are a non-issue because they are a non-issue...to them. They want to shush us. They are dismissing us. NO FREAKING WAY WILL I SHUT UP ABOUT THIS!!
It is not over until it is over. Look at Kansas. They got out and used their voice as we will too. If the actual abortion language may not be on your ballot, it is there in other ways. Republicans have re-worded their rhetoric on the issue. But they are the largest Pro Life Party. A vote for a friendly and affable Republican is a vote against Choice and bodily autonomy. They will barely utter the words in the weeks leading up to November 8. They know what is at stake and they want power at any cost. They are sly. All we have to do is stay the course, remember who they are and vote them out. Inflation and cost of living are also big and important issues in our lives. I totally acknowledge that. But Inflation and the cost of living have never been admonished by any one party. Fact, Biden just passed the Inflation Reduction Act with provisions to help Americans at the lower end of the income stream. Democrats do not push for tax breaks for the wealthy. Democrats try to help poor and middle class people. One thing that is for sure is that Republicans can claim direct responsibility for the current Supreme Court and the Dobbs case. Republicans are being very shrewd in their strategy to win at all costs. I am hoping that people will hear the negative poll numbers, become angry and get out and vote BLUE even more.
This Plog shot its way to the top. I had a lovely plog about Ketanji Brown Jackson cued up to be posted next. But this Post and this message are crucial for right now. I would love to see those smug and sneaky Republicans wake up on November 9, 2022 and see that they have been replaced. 50.5% of the population is female in this country. Some politicians are calling our right to vote a woeful mistake. Lets show them just how much we have to say. RECLAIM!
