Fani Willis Prevails

Plog Number 281

Fani Prevails

Hello Ploggers, how are you? We have a set of 💨 tornados here earlier this week. They came in from the West and went to the East but not after leaving a lot of destruction. They pre-empted all local TV channels and advised many of us to go to the innermost parts of our houses. It was a scary night for sure. There are weather events every day. They become more real when they are in your state.

I had been watching and waiting to see what was going to come out on the Fani Willis decision down in Fulton County Georgia. Judge McAfee had said that he needed 2 weeks to make his decision. He kept to his word. Last Wednesday he announced that he was throwing out 3 of the charges. This became a big media sound bite. Headlines read: Judge throws out three charges in Fani Willis case. Well, that certainly got everyone’s attention. When he did that I felt fairly sure that Fani would be allowed to stay on the case. He was softening the blow of the Willis decision by the throwing out of charges. I knew that the Defendants had not shown a conflict of interest. All they did was put Fani on the stand to discuss her failed relationship with Nathan Wade. It was a big time wasting distraction.

Fani did not disappoint. She came confidently to the stand and she was not quivering, crying, embarrassed or stumped. She was on the defensive and she proved her strength. I suspect that most people being faced with her situation would have been tearful, embarrassed and defeated. Not Fani. She was so strong, sharp minded and sharp tongued.

But the young Judge McAfee said that she can remain on the case. He also said that Nathan Wade had to go. I think it is safe to say that Wade needed to go and let Fani resume her case against President 45. So I am extremely proud of Fani. I was afraid that she would be taken off the case for the “Mere appearance of Impropriety”. But she was not. I am sending her all my mental wherewithal to  fight 45 and 19 co-defendants for Election Interference. That phone call where 45 asked Brad Rathensberger for 11,000 more votes has not yet been adjudicated and now is the time to do 💪 it!  RECLAIM!!
