Misopristone and Misoprostol

Hello Ploggers, How are you all. I truly hope that you all are happy and safe. I am grateful for each day. However, in many ways I am in disbelief watching the rights of women be further stripped away. The fall of Roe v Wade was just a start. I picture a boulder being rolled up the side of a 🌄 mountain, rising to the top and then falling over the side and splashing into the ocean. The fall of Roe was the boulder being pushed off the mountain. What we are experiencing now is the boulder falling into the 🌊 ocean. That is where we are now. The momentum is on the side of the Pro Lifers. For most of my life, I have had far more reproductive rights than my daughter will have in her life. That is 〽️regression for sure Boo Hiss.

Now that the surgical abortion procedures are outlawed the medical alternatives are being targeted. The use of abortion 💊 pills has increased since the Dobbs decision. The States of Texas, West Virginia and North Carolina are busy litigating about the safety of abortion medications. The drugs Misopristine and Misoprostol were approved by the ADA in the year 2000. But pill opponents assert that the ADA erred in their approval, despite the fact that the drugs have been used for more than 20 years. In Texas a Federal judge appointed by 45 named Matthew Kacsmaryk (46) has the decision in his hands on the continued use of the drugs. He is known to be a pro Dobbs leaning and roguish judge. Kacsmaryk has shown hostility to the LGBTQ community. Kacsmaryk sits on the Northern District of Texas. His confirmation was opposed by Chuck Schumer and Susan Collins (R) voted 🚫against his confirmation without success. The Plaintiffs in this case are a Christian advocacy group called the Alliance Defending Freedom. They are calling into doubt the FDA’s ability to do its job over seeing and regulating drug use. Jenny Ma is council for The Center for Reproductive Rights and says that since it is a federal case, the decision could have a nationwide effect with a greater impact than the Dobbs decision. Oy!

It is obvious that Pro life advocates are on a winning trajectory right now. The pendulum has swung their way after years of plotting and waiting for the right opportunities to arise. President 45 has populated the Federal Judiciary with Pro life judges and justices. The fallout of damage that he has caused is not even fully realized as of yet. Much as it pains me to, I will continue pointing out the decisions that hurt us the most. Awareness Hello Ploggers, How are you all. I truly hope that you all are happy and safe.
