Politics as Usual

Hello Ploggers how are you. I am hoping that you are all doing well. Summer has done a flying by act on us all. September is off and running too. We have had tornados, earthquakes, wildfires, smoke from🔥 wildfires and ☔️ hurricanes. Semper Fi I have heard this year called “Hot indictment Summer”. The Indictments have not disappointed. I feel like they are all very👍 warranted and needed. But they have also helped 45 in the 👎polls. Few Republican politicians have had the guts to come after him for his criminality. In fact they have said they will support him if he becomes the nominee. During their first televised debate, the candidates couldn’t raise their ✋ 🖖hands fast enough in support of him. They have lost all integrity or relevance in my humble opinion.

The Republican party has really changed over my lifetime. They can never claim the high ideals they claimed back in the day, because they have gotten so far away from that. Their reality has left some of their supporters without a grand old party. But that does not concern me. What concerns me is the record lows that they will have to go to in order to be competitive, much less win elections. I am thinking ahead to the November 2024 election. The polling and predictions will be non-stop. So will the lies, dog whistles and "woke" talk. The talking heads will say who is going to vote, who is thinking about voting and who is going to win. They have already started and it is ridiculous. Ohio is on par to vote for Reproductive Rights to be put into our constitution this November. That will raise lots of opposing rhetoric. We wont know the outcome of the Presidential vote until all votes are counted. If history teaches us anything, we wont know the results until a week later 💩.

So I wrote this plog to point out the fact that we will have to be patient and stay our course. However we are going to vote, we will vote in numbers that are higher than ever. The Millenials are our secret💪 weapon. We will vote our conscious and we vote for our interests. Support who you think needs and deserves it. Don’t be swayed when someone says with certainty who they think will win. They do NOT know. That is part of the fun of the whole process. I will be repeating this message from time to time, just to keep us on course and to help us RECLAIM!
