Racism on Display
Hello Ploggers how are you. I hope that you are living quite😚 well these days.
They say that the best revenge is living well. So let others see👀 that you are doing well. They will
definitely take note of things. They may never say anything, but believe me they are aware.
I want to talk about some blatant racism that is on display in our great country. And yes it
involves Vice President Kamala Harris. I have heard a litany of things being said about her level
of education, intelligence, experience and her ability to be our Commander in Chief. I have heard
claims that she is a DEI💩 hire. Lots of people feel that she doesn’t deserve to hold the Nuclear
Codes. It has been a variety of people who have said these things about her. The majority of
people who are saying these things are Caucasian. Many people who are saying these things are
far less educated than she is. In fact I saw a headline where Lauren Boebert has said that Kamala
Harris’ education is insufficient. And yes I do mean the same High School drop out, Lauren Boebert who has achieved A GED as her highest level of education. Yes she has a GED, a respectable level of education. But we also know that Kamala Harris is far more educated than Boebert. Harris has a Bachelors Degree from Howard University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from University of California Hastings College of Law. There is no comparison between a GED and a JD. Its like comparing🍎 apples to🍊 oranges.
Another group of pundits and politicians are saying that Harris doesn’t have enough actual
experience to be President. MSNBC Anchor Ari Melber did a side by side comparison of JFK
and Reagan and their years of pre presidential elected office experience. Harris has more experience than the two past presidents combined. So there goes the experience argument. Debunked as it can be. The arguments dont even hold a little bit of 💧water. We have rarely had a Presidential candidate as prepared as Kamala Harris is. So what is the issue?❓
I wrote a Plog about the winners of the College Women’s🏀 Basketball Championship this year.
I think I called it “Twice as much for Half as Much” The winning team was from South Carolina
and they came into the series with a perfect and unbeaten record. But after the last game, the headlines were saying how it was such a sad day for sports because Caitlyn Clark didn’t win. At that time I thought there was no better example of how we as black women have to do twice as much for half as much. Now as I see the current Presidential election, I see an even better example of this well known sage. Black parents teach this to their kids. I have taught it to my daughter. The
philosophy is alive and well. There is no room for just being average. We have to be excellent and we may still not get the job. My heart ❤️ and Empathy are with Kamala Harris and the fight she is
in. Not only is she fighting for President, she is fighting open and irrational Racism that is clearly on display in America. If you knew about this battle, you have probably been around some black women. If you didnt know about it, you have lived a life of privilege. RECLAIM!
